Refund and Return Policy
At Orient Botanicals, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are natural consumables (herbs and teas), we adhere to strict health and safety standards regarding returns.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
 Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@orientbotanicals.com with a photo of the item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
2. Cancellations
 You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped yet. Once the package is with the shipping carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Non-returnable Items
 Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of food and herbal products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used herbal pouches unless they arrived damaged
